Before You Arrive

Teams were asked to complete their online registrations and review the latest rule clarifications well ahead of travel. Use the resources below to finalize preparations.

Official Rules Clarifications The Science Olympiad national office maintained rule clarifications throughout the season. Coaches were responsible for reviewing updates before competition.
Team Portal Roster updates, registration confirmation, and event assignments were handled through the online team portal prior to arrival on May 15.

On-Site Identification

Wristband Procedures

Wristbands served as the primary form of identification for competitors, escorts, and chaperones throughout the tournament weekend.

Each wristband was tied on at registration and was required to be worn at all competition sites, ceremonies, and meals for the duration of the event.

Competition Day Checklist

Once on campus, teams moved through a consistent daily flow. Coaches confirmed assignments and reviewed the daily schedule each morning.

Impound Reminders

Sumobots and Roller Coaster devices were impounded between 8:30 am and 9:00 am on Friday, May 15.

Competition rooms and reporting times were posted through the Tournament Details section upon arrival.
