Team Homeroom Locations
Homerooms: Homeroom Locations are assigned for the benefit and ease of team preparations. Team rooms will be available starting at 7:00 am Saturday morning. These rooms will not be available on Friday. You may be sharing your space with another team. We cannot accommodate room changes. Please note- if rooms are not left in the condition that they were when the team arrives, cleaning charges may be applied to all teams that are assigned to that room. Please dispose of all garbage and return furniture to its original location. Do not touch any computers and other equipment. Teams are NOT PERMITTED to setup camp sites that are in proximity to event locations and outside of the assigned homerooms. If it is found that a team is interfering with an event, the team will be asked to move. Teams are required to leave all areas clean!
Schedule: 2015 Schedule : The event times are final, but the event locations are subject to change. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SELF SCHEDULED EVENTS THIS YEAR ! Events that previously were self-scheduled are now listed as Drop In. A team may drop in to that event at any time that works for the team. Teams must report by 2:00 p.m. at the latest to be allowed to compete in the event.
Schedule Conflicts: Teams are not allowed to make schedule swaps with other teams and supervisors are not permitted to grant any time changes in the posted team schedule. The national tournament schedule is set with no exceptions allowed for individual team conflicts. Supervisors are encouraged to allow late students to compete, however no extra time will be granted.
Trial Events: Descriptions and rules located here . Trial events are intended for team alternates. We are hoping that teams will schedule alternates in the trial events. If these event cannot be covered by alternates coaches may schedule official team members. The trial events do not count toward the team totals for team place. All trial events will be held on Friday morning in Jorgensen Hall.
Wireless Computer Access
Registration and Checklists: Make sure you have registered with UNL for the National Tournament. Registration must be completed online even if you have sent in paperwork to the National Office.
Forms: Make sure you have printed out all forms required for registration and have followed the Team Checklist
Shipping Materials:
Ship at your own risk. Packages will begin being accepted starting 5/11/15. Shipping address TBA. No return shipping from the university will be available. You are free to make your own arrangements.

Shipments must not arrive before Monday, May 11th. Shipments that arrive before this date will be rejected. Packages addressed incorrectly will be rejected. The University of Nebraska–Lincoln and National Science Olympiad are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or late shipments. Please make sure the sender 's name and address are clearly posted on each item being shipped, including the Team's School name and number, to expedite collection on site.
