Registration and requests
Volunteer and Event Supervisor check-in was scheduled for Thursday, May 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-in took place on the first floor of Abel Hall.
Requests for supplies and volunteers were handled through the tournament’s organizing committee.
Hotel arrangements
Hotel stays were complimentary for Event Supervisors and designated VIPs for Friday, May 15, through Sunday, May 17. Extended stays were billed at $99 per night unless approved by the national office.
Competition details
Volunteers supported the event schedule, team operations, and tournament activities. Event-specific procedures and assignments were coordinated with the organizing committee.
The tournament was organized by a volunteer committee under Nebraska Science Olympiad, Inc.
